Melissa Margaretis has been working in escrow since 2000 and with Pickford Escrow since 2007, and she runs our Laguna Beach branch office. Her strengths include resale, new home, refinance, and vacant land sales, and she manages the Relocation desk for Orange County. Out of the office, Melissa loves to be outdoors, hiking and camping as much as she can.
