Out of the office, Melissa loves to be outdoors, hiking and camping as much as she can.

Stacey Glenzer
Manager – Escrow Officer
Stacey Glenzer started in the real estate industry in 1986, first in lending and then real estate sales, and she has been with Pickford Escrow since 2003. Stacey loves a challenge, and enjoys problem solving. She has a wonderful job doing what she loves, and has enjoyed working on many types of real estate transactions, including statewide REO/bank-owned re-sales, short sales, bulk sales, retirement community re-sales, Indian Land Leases, refinances, and of course traditional re-sales.
Stacey enjoys educating and sharing information with Agents on the constant changes in the marketplace and has an in-depth knowledge of escrow and real estate practices. Her strength lies in resolving difficult transactions and in providing constant communication to all parties, which allows her to coordinate a quick, seamless, and professional closing. At home, Stacey loves reading – there’s nothing more relaxing!

Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge along with her 30 plus years of escrow experience. She is well versed in residential, commercial, track, short sale, REO and 1031 exchange transactions. Michelle has managed both Department of Business Oversight (formerly Department of Corporations) and Title-affiliated escrow companies. With years of experience as an escrow branch manager, Michelle excels at transaction management and problem solving. She prides herself on building and maintaining long lasting client relationships which she attributes to her strong work ethic, attention to detail and always going above and beyond what is expected. Michelle and her husband currently live in Yorba Linda where she grew up and they raised their two children.

Brandy Allgayer

Brandy Allgayer began her real estate profession in property management, eventually moving into the escrow field. Initially processing final title policies, she has spent the last twenty years building her career into a management position. Working through the refinance boom, REO and the short sale/bankruptcy markets, her experiences opened opportunities that allowed her to work as a Title Closer and Escrow Officer.
Brandy finds her strength in building trust with clients and her colleagues. She shines in providing an environment putting others at ease when faced with the stress and anxiety of the real estate transaction.
