Anne Bosse has extensive experience with a myriad of transaction types, including 1031 Exchanges, refinance transactions, traditional resale transactions, and complex multi-layered resale transactions. Clients consistently and confidently place their contracts with Anne, resulting in a smooth real estate transaction. As an expert in the escrow field, Anne maintains the highest standards of conduct, which sets her apart from the rest. She has strong problem-solving skills and a passion for communication and customer service. With over 20 years of experience in the escrow industry, Anne is a well-versed escrow officer ready to help you with your next transaction.
Anne is a San Diego native who has a daughter and brand-new granddaughter! In her spare time, Anne loves taking her dog Brody to the beach and spending time with her family.

Karyn Dillon has spent nearly two decades in the escrow business & has established herself as a highly successful force in our industry. Her nearly 20 years of practical escrow knowledge brings invaluable insight which she applies to each of her transactions.
How does Karyn define success? It’s the right blend of organization, managing details and relentless communication. Karyn works hard to provide the ultimate level of customer service so that real estate agents, sellers and buyers feel valued and safe when choosing her on their transactions. Karyn enjoys a combination of technology and face to face customer interaction and is fueled by happy clients and successful closings.
Karyn is a member of the California Escrow Association, which keeps her connected to industry change, is a notary public and is diverse in the many types of escrows she handles; resale, commercial, exchange and probate to name a handful.
Karyn’s personality is open and welcoming and she is routinely available outside of normal business hours. When away from the office, Karyn supports our hometown teams, the Padres and Chargers and is mom to an 11 year old son. She and her husband and son enjoy camping and traveling.

Jessica Maldonado Jessica started working for a title company in 1998 in a refi title unit before transferring to an escrow unit, where she worked for 12 years. Jessica started managing our Chula Vista branch of Pickford Escrow in 2011, where she enjoys serving agents in South County. On weekends, Jessica enjoys biking and outdoor activities with her family and her dog, Guero.
Jessica’s favorite transactions are complicated, intricate ones that provide a challenge. Along with her team she enjoys providing excellent customer service and building rapport with her clients!
