Jodi Abacherli truly enjoys her profession as an Escrow Officer and Manager. With over 15 years of escrow experience, her greatest reward is the happiness and gratitude she receives from her clients. Jodi is very detail oriented and strives to completely satisfy all parties involved in the transaction. She does her best to ease the stress the buyers and sellers experience during the escrow process by being proactive to have as seamless of a transaction as possible. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two kids.

Mary began her career in the escrow services industry in 2001. Mary brings 19 years of working experience in this fast paced industry. Working her way up to Branch Manager of the Palm Springs location she is able to pick up years of valuable escrow knowledge in all aspects of the field. Mary enjoys working in the real estate driven industry, Mary is very friendly and a professional officer who loves to engage with the agents and clients that she works with on an everyday basis. Working with a qualified, dedicated and experienced escrow officer is Key in this industry it helps with long lasting working relationships that brings agents and clients back for repeat business. Mary is a big believer that timely communication is Key to success and her staff practices that every day. Mary’s office believes in an open door policy in which everyone is welcome to reach out to her or the staff at anytime for any escrow concerns, questions or just to stop by and say hello and check on your files progress.
Mary believes to be successful in your career you have to have a strong base at home to support you. On Mary’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and son who is finishing up his college career at San Diego State University. On the weekends you can find me at a concert, movies or enjoying time with my two dogs, family and friends.

Stacey Leonard has been in the Real Estate Industry for more than 25 years. She began her career in Escrow when she moved from Bishop, California to the Coachella Valley were she has called home since. She has extensive knowledge in Residential, Short Sale, Commercial, Land Lease, REO and 1031 transactions. She prides herself in building long lasting relationships with Agents, Sellers and Buyers by making sure each and every one feels valued throughout their complete transaction.

In 2010, she brought her extensive experience to the Coachella Valley. Monique is known for her determination, drive, and hard work. She is an expert in various types of escrow transactions, including resales, short sales, lease land, and refinances. She has successfully managed and closed over 1,000 escrow transactions throughout her career.
Monique prides herself on her exceptional customer service skills and deep knowledge of her field, ensuring that every client experience is a seamless and stress-free transaction. She plays a key role in training and mentoring new escrow staff, contributing to the professional growth of her colleagues.
In her free time, Monique enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts, and going to sporting events.
